Shipping & Delivery

How orders leave our workshop in Dongguan, and what we need from you to land them on site.

How your order ships

Every order is consolidated in Dongguan, where our pieces are made and finished. Once a schedule is confirmed the full load is packed together, so a project travels as one consignment rather than piece by piece.

Container loads leave by sea. Samples and single pieces that are needed sooner are quoted for air or express delivery instead.

Pieces are packed for long-distance freight, with fragile elements protected and upholstery wrapped.

Terms and destination

Trade term, port and the split of costs are agreed with the quotation, and depend on where the order is going and who handles import clearance at your end.

  • Destination port or city, and the trade term you prefer
  • Quantities per piece, with the room or unit each one belongs to
  • Required arrival date, or the date the site opens
  • Any packing or labelling requirements for your warehouse

Lead time

Lead time follows the pieces and finishes you choose: some pieces are held in ready stock, while others are made to order.

Production time is confirmed in the quotation, together with the sampling step where a piece needs approval first. If a date moves, we tell you as soon as we know.

Documentation

Paperwork is prepared for each consignment — packing list, commercial invoice and the documents your forwarder asks for.

Import duties and local charges are settled at destination by the importer; we can put you in touch with a forwarder who works with our shipments regularly.
